I’m Ale, a project and product manager who believes good work should feel as good to make as it does to launch. I love a clear plan, a curious team, and knowing when the plan needs to change.
Over the years, I’ve helped people find clarity in the messy middle: connecting the dots between a great idea and the people it’s meant to help. My superpower? Making the complicated feel a little more human.
Outside of work, you’ll find me collecting oddly specific playlists, trying a new recipe, or enthusiastically recommending a very nice notebook.
